Directors
All Directors are qualified under the California State Department of Social Services Licensing laws. They have obtained the required college level units in child development and have attended Administration classes. In addition all Directors are CPR and first aid trained as well as being trained in pediatric first aid.

Teachers
All Teachers are qualified under the California State Department of Social Services Licensing laws. They are CPR and first aid trained. A minimum of 12 college units in child related fields are required and they must have experience working with the appropriate age level.

Aides
Aides must demonstrate the ability to work successfully with children and are encouraged to obtain college level courses and attend workshops.
