Rainbow Rising Cypress Village is a before and after school care program for school aged children. We also provide all day camps during Spring, Summer and Winter break.

Our goal is to provide a safe, friendly, engaging, and comfortable environment for the children. We have created an enriching program that includes Homework Club and daily activities ranging from subjects on History, Language Arts, Science, Cooking, Culture, and Art. The staff and children have worked together to implement Cypress Village Elementary School’s S.T.O.R.M. values at the center on a daily basis. With our consistent dedication to the children’s growth and development, we are helping the school and parents to create positive and successful human beings.

Meet The Administrative Director

JSHello Cypress Village Families and Friends my name is Jessica Simoncini and it is a pleasure to serve as the Administrative Director at Rainbow Rising Cypress Village.
2016 marks my 10th year with Rainbow Rising and we are very excited for a fun filled year at Rainbow! I earned a Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education, with an Emphasis on English Language Learners from Arizona State University. I have been a part of IUSD since kindergarten, attending Westpark Elementary, South Lake Middle School and Woodbridge High School. IUSD holds a very special place in my heart.
It is my goal to create an environment at Rainbow in which the children can learn and grow into kind, caring and respectful little humans. I have spent many years dedicated to expanding my knowledge of child growth and socialization. Sharing in the Irvine Child Care Project’s philosophy of providing the highest quality childcare, I look forward to bringing that to Cypress Village. I am eager to share in this new experience and create fond memories with the Cypress Village families.

Meet The Assistant Director

jaywebHello Rainbow Rising Families! My name is Jessica Woltkamp but I go by Miss Jay while at Rainbow Rising. I have been a part of the Rainbow Rising family since 1996 when I attended Rainbow Rising at Northwood Elementary. I loved Rainbow Rising so much that I decided to become a Teacher after I graduated high school but left 2 years later to pursue other passions. In 2014, I returned to Rainbow Rising because I realized my biggest passion was working with children. I am now so excited to be the Assistant Director in Training at Cypress Village. I have my AA in Social and Behavioral Sciences and am working towards my Bachelors in Child Development. I also have years of experience working with children. I love being a part of their development by getting to watch them grow and learn every day. I look forward to making many more memories throughout the year and getting to know the Rainbow Rising Cypress Village families.
