Rainbow Rising Westpark

School-Age Program
Hours of Operation: 7:00 AM- 6:00 PM
Rainbow Rising provides before and after school onsite child care at Westpark Elementary school. We provide all day care during our winter, spring and summer camp programs. Our program provides a safe, positive and relaxing environment for the children to immerse themselves throughout our daily activities.
We believe the fundamental purpose of early care and education is to not only enhance the children's social skills; but to advance their school work by developing consistent homework habits. We provide homework assistance after school, as well as a plethora of daily activities and group clubs for the children to participate in. Daily curriculum consists of science, art, music, language, community, arts as well as cooking. During our camp sessions we attend field trips and offer numerous different projects.
At Rainbow Rising Westpark we consistently reinforce the children’s positive behaviors and their ability to positively communicate with peers and adults alike. Our goal here at Rainbow Rising Westpark is to encourage creativity throughout all activities and let the imagination become the catalyst for the child’s emerging self-confidence.
Please feel free to call 949-252-1657 to set up a time for a center orientation. We would love to see you soon!!!!

I love children and working at Rainbow. I am currently attending Irvine Valley College and working towards a degree in Child Development. It is important to me encourage the children to be the best they can be and help them grow! I come from a huge Mexican American family who has been a great help in preparing me to work with children!

I'm thrilled to be a teacher at Rainbow Rising where I can be a part of helping the next generation of kids to grow and learn while having fun and making friends. I look forward to meeting the challenges of such an important responsibility and hope that my time here will continue to improve and growth as a teacher. I'm fortunate to work with caring and supportive staff and I hope to build positive relationships during my time here at Rainbow.

As an experienced employee who has worked for the Boy's and Girl's Club prior, Rainbow Rising has shown me how to look at things from a child's point of view. I have been with this company for eight months now and I'm pleased with the work I've done and the lessons I've learned. The staff here is amazing and I wouldn't want to work for anyone else.

I love working at Rainbow!. I enjoy interacting with the kids and learning more about them. My goal is to teach the children to feel confident in their language and artistic expression of themselves. I want each student at Rainbow to feel comfortable with who they are!
