Rainbow Rising College Park aspires to provide quality, engaging care to the children here in Irvine. Here at College Park we offer onsite before and after school care program for elementary school-aged children. Our goal is to provide an array of experiences, such as developmentally appropriate activities, physical education, academic homework programs, and recreational play in order to promote social, physical and emotional growth and development.
Our program provides an exciting and safe environment where children can feel happy and secure in the fact that our staff truly care about them and their families. Teachers work closely with parents and school administration to ensure a positive learning experience through positive reinforcement, consistency and compassion. Rainbow Rising College Park offers part-time and full-time schedules, including care during school intersessions, staff-development days, and an unbelievable summer camp experience.

Completing the interest form does not guarantee a specific enrollment date. Spots in our programs are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on program availability. Please review the enrollment guide below before registering for the upcoming school year.

Hello Rainbow Rising Families,
My journey with Rainbow Rising began in early 2020. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of serving at several sites, including Northwood, Loma Ridge, and Bonita Canyon, in roles such as Teacher, Master Teacher, and Assistant Director. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in History from Cal State Fullerton, along with a teaching credential in Social Sciences. Education is my passion!Each day, I am dedicated to making a positive and lasting impact on the children in our care. I am incredibly grateful to be part of the wonderful College Park community and to have built a career centered around what I love most, educating and inspiring young minds.
Nolan Frame

Hello, my name is Nolan Frame, and I am thrilled to introduce myself as your new Assistant Director. I have been working in childcare for the past five years, including the last four with Rainbow Rising, where I began my journey as a teacher’s aide and worked my way up to teacher, master teacher, and now Assistant Director. Throughout my time at Rainbow, I have developed a strong passion for supporting children as they discover their potential and grow into who they are meant to be. I especially enjoy incorporating creativity and exploration through art, sports, and science to help foster that growth. I am truly looking forward to meeting all of you, building meaningful connections, and getting to know your incredible children.
