Cole Phillips

We are so excited to announce that Mr. Cole has been nominated for Rising Star! Every day, Cole brings a sense of positivity, dedication, and enthusiasm, making a positive impact at our Cadence Park location. Since beginning his Rainbow Rising journey, he has built genuine relationships with our children, and strives to always create a welcoming environment where they feel supported, understood, and excited about their day at Rainbow. Whether he is playing a Football game with the children, leading an Arts & Crafts activity, or simply talking to the children, it is clear how much he cares about the children and the Rainbow Rising community.

His positivity, patience, and kindness never go unnoticed, and we truly feel grateful to have him part of our team. Congratulations Cole!

We are thrilled to announce Mia Hammond as this month's Rising Star! Mia has been with Rainbow Rising for 3 years and we are so lucky to have her as one of our Master Teachers. Mia's positive attitude, patience, and kindness for our students and families shines everyday. She truly makes an effort to care for each and every one of our students by providing a positive atmosphere. The positive words she receives from our students and families goes to show what an impact she makes at our center. We are beyond lucky to have Mia as part of our Cypress Village team.

Felicia brings energy, positivity, and dedication every single day. Whether she starts her shift bright and early at 7 AM or later in the afternoon at 1 PM, she jumps right in with enthusiasm and a ready-to-go attitude that sets the tone for the whole team.

Her commitment doesn’t go unnoticed, and we are beyond grateful to have her as part of the Rainbow family. Thank you Felicia for being such a vital part of what makes our team so special. Here's to many more years of working together!
Briandrea Estrada

We are proud to announce Briandrea as a Rainbow Rising Star! Bri has such a warm and inviting personality that shines each and every day. Bri is adored by MANY of our kids here at Loma Ridge because she truly makes a big effort in caring for them. Bri is always willing to help wherever needed and is a huge part of the Loma Ridge program.
Bri's positive attitude and helpfulness shines through when she helps assist at other Rainbow Rising sites. Bri makes a positive impact everywhere she goes and we couldn't be more proud of her!
Kaitlyn Amezcua

Kaitlyn is an incredible asset to our team, bringing warmth, creativity, and dedication to everything she does. Her passion for early childhood education shines through in her leadership of the Pre-K/Kindergarten program, where she creates a nurturing and engaging environment for our youngest learners. With her years of experience at Rainbow Rising and a fresh academic perspective from her Art History degree, Kaitlyn blends knowledge and heart in a way that truly enriches our program. We are truly lucky to have her!
Bianca Espinoza
May 2025
Ms. Bianca has been part of our team for a year now, and in that time, she’s shown nothing but dedication, kindness, and an all-around awesome attitude. She’s always ready to jump in, lend a hand, and bring a smile to everyone’s face.

While she’s a huge support at her home site, Bonita Canyon, she’s also been a lifesaver at other Rainbow Rising sites, showing up when help is needed most and always spreading her positive energy. We have affectionately nicknamed her the “Chuckle Queen,” her laugh is contagious, and she keeps both the kids and staff smiling all day long! Whether she’s leading a fun activity or helping out behind the scenes, Ms. Bianca does it all with heart and a huge smile.​
