Rainbow Rising Culverdale is an on-site childcare program at Culverdale Elementary School that provides before- and after-school care. Our program offers part-time and full-time schedules, care for school holidays, winter, spring, and summer camp.
Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment that allows children to develop confidence and learn responsibility. Rainbow Rising Culverdale offers a variety of developmentally appropriate activities, including Arts and crafts, STEAM, Cooking, Language Arts, and more!

Completing the interest form does not guarantee a specific enrollment date. Spots in our programs are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on program availability. Please review the enrollment guide below before registering for the upcoming school year.
Hello my name is Marcela Garcia. I have been working in the Childcare Industry since 2007 and have been part of the Rainbow Rising Family since 2017. I am very honored and excited to take on this new role as your Director at Culverdale. Working with children is such a joyful experience because not only are you able to impact their life, but they end up impacting yours even more. In my free time I enjoy surrounding myself with family and friends and sharing unconditional love as we dance to the beat of our own song. I look forward to doing life with you all and always remember that the best is yet to come.
Hello, my name is Angela Lisk and I have been employed with Rainbow Rising since June 2017. I have been working as an Assistant Director on the campus of Culverdale Elementary School since September of 1993. It is important to me to be a positive role model and to create a nurturing and fun environment where parents can feel confident that their children are happy and well-cared for. It has truly been my pleasure being able to be a part of the lives of so many elementary school children and their amazing families! I have a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Cal State University, Fullerton have also completed many, many childcare courses throughout my career. I am excited to continue my journey raising good people with my amazing Rainbow Rising Family!
