Rainbow in the Community
At Rainbow Rising, we take pride in paying it forward. Our goal is for our students to be passionate about not only participating, but leading our community outreach efforts. Spending time enriching their community is a great way to broaden our student's perceptions of the world. By immersing themselves in a community and surrounding themself with people who are dedicated to bettering the world, they can learn so much about how the world works. Students gain a unique sense of purpose by serving those around them.

Send a Heart, Save a Heart
For the month of February, Rainbow Rising hosted it's fifth annual Send a Heart, Save a Heart Valentine Day Gram fundraiser for C.H.O.C.. Each child that donated $5.00, received a Rainbow Gram on Valentine's Day. This consisted of a fun card, a personalized message from their sender, carnation flower, and a piece of candy.

100% of the proceeds go toward the Children's Hospital of Orange County. This year we raised $5,700.00!!! This event is held annually in honor of Emily Khoshnam and Brittany Osborne, both members of our Rainbow Rising family.
